Supreme Nature Property Management (LLC) is a property management and landscaping company located in Philadelphia, PA. The company is working to bring excellence to the state of Pennsylvania through a number of services. Owned by a team of three brothers with a bond and a desire to serve their community.
How did Supreme Nature Property Management get started?
The year was 2020 and Gary X Jackson and Mike Maat Williams were faced with the challenge of maintaining employment in an economy on edge due to the rising threat of COVID-19. Millions of workers were laid off to a pandemic that resulted from a multitude of companies losing billions in revenue due to Quarantine and COVID-19 Restrictions.
Many people being advised to wear a mask and remain six feet apart to avoid spreading the virus.
Gary X and Mike, wanting to create opportunities despite circumstances, decided that they were going to start their own business together.
According to Gary X, “I just called Mike one day and asked him, if he wanted to start a business and he said Yes.”
During the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. government initiated the CARES Act. It was a stimulus package that would give financial aid to certain demographics, with its target set on boosting the U.S. economy and providing financial aid to those struggling with employment. Over one-hundred million people received a stimulus check in March 2020, during the Trump administration for $1200.
The brothers said, when they receive their stimulus, it was more than enough to help them get started in launching their business.
They got with another partner Mikael and became Tru Nature. A property management company that in just a few short weeks of launching started getting several calls.
It wasn’t long before another company operating in the area, Supreme Landscapers, reached out to them. The company, which was operating in the same area and looking to work alongside the band of brothers, offered to join forces together. Tru Nature and Supreme Landscapers merged to form what is known today as Supreme Nature Property Management LLC.
What is Property Management and Landscaping?
Property Management is a term that covers a wide range of different task, some of which could range from exterior home maintenance to interior painting, repair, sterilization, and cleaning. Supreme Nature also offers COVID-19 sanitation and drywall repair which all may fall under the umbrella of Property Management.
Landscaping is a service which employs different methods that help to improve the quality of the land. This could include lawn care, bush or tree cutting, planting trees, shrubs, and gardens, turning the soil. Land clearing, laying grass, rocks, and bricks among other things.
